The four sequences
- WelcomeFor a new lead who is not ready yet: who you are, proof, what to expect. Three emails over two weeks.
- After the saleThank you, what happens next, how to get help, and one ask for a review. Three emails.
- Win-backFor a customer who has gone quiet: a reason to come back that is not a discount. Two emails.
- Abandoned quote or cartFor someone who got close: the answer to the question that stopped them. Two or three emails.
What makes them work
- They are triggered by behaviour, not by a calendar, so every email arrives when it is relevant.
- They stop the moment the person does the thing: buys, books, replies.
- They are short and written like a person. One idea, one link.
- They come from a real address that someone reads, so replies become conversations.
What we build
The sequences, written with you and approved before they go live, in Klaviyo for online stores, or Mailchimp, Brevo or Kit for service businesses, connected to the CRM so a reply or a purchase updates the record. Plus a dashboard tile that shows what each sequence brought back.
What it looks like on the leak map
Email works on the last gate, customers who come back. In the illustrative model repeat moves from 20% to 30%, and because those customers cost nothing to acquire, that change alone is worth real money on the same traffic.
