Why leads die in inboxes
An inbox is sorted by time, not by importance, and it has no idea what a lead is. A text thread is worse: it is private to one phone. A lead that needs a second nudge in three days has nowhere to wait in either. The CRM gives it a place, a date and a name.
What we build
- One record per lead, created automatically from every source: forms, calls, chat, email, DMs.
- A pipeline with stages that match how you actually sell: new, contacted, quoted, booked, won, lost.
- A next step and an owner on every record, with a due date that produces a task.
- Automatic first reply and reminders, connected to the pipeline, so stages move themselves when they can.
- A view for Monday morning: what came in, what is waiting, what closed.
One lead through the pipeline
- A lead arrives from anywhereA record is created with the source and what they asked for.
- The first reply goes outWithin a minute, automatically. The stage moves to contacted.
- A quote or a booking happensLogged on the record, with the amount.
- Nothing for three days?A task appears for the owner: call, or send the second nudge.
- Won or lostBoth are recorded with a reason, so the dashboard shows why deals go either way.
Which CRM
Usually HubSpot, because the free tier covers a small team and it connects to everything else we build. If you already use something else, we connect to it rather than make you move. The tool matters less than the three fields.
