The flow

  1. The job is marked doneIn the CRM, the booking tool or the invoice system, whichever you already use.
  2. A thank-you text goes out that eveningThanks for choosing us; if we did well, a review here helps more than you would think. One link.
  3. Nothing after three days? One gentle follow-upThen it stops. Nobody is asked twice a month.
  4. A reply that sounds unhappy goes to you firstSo you can fix the problem with the customer instead of reading about it later.

What we will not build

Google and most platforms prohibit review gating: showing the review link only to people you expect to be happy. We do not build that. Everyone who finishes a job gets the same request. What the flow adds is timing, a single tap, and a reply path for problems. That is enough to move the number.

What you need

  • Your Google Business Profile review link, and any other platform you care about, such as Yelp or Facebook.
  • A system that knows when a job is done. If nothing does yet, this is often the first thing we connect.
  • A sentence or two of thanks in your own words.
