Why call for pricing leaks
People looking for a price are comparing. Making them call to compare is a cost you are adding to your own offer. Some will call; many will not, and the ones who do are now a phone call you have to be free for. The quote calculator takes the pricing conversation off your plate for the jobs where the rules are clear.
How the calculator works
- The customer answers a few questionsAddress, size, type, frequency, add-ons. The first question is always the easiest one.
- The system checks what it canService area, availability, anything that rules the job out early.
- Your rules price the jobBase price by region and type, adjustments for size and extras. The rules are yours, written down once.
- The price appears, with the next stepBook it, pay a deposit, or ask for a person. All three create a lead in the CRM.
- You see the quote and the answersEvery quote is logged, so you know what people asked for, even the ones who did not buy.
When it does not fit, and what we build instead
Custom work, renovations and anything that needs a site visit cannot be priced by a form. There we build a guided estimate: the same questions, but the output is a range and a booked visit instead of a fixed price. The customer still leaves with a number and a time, and you still get the lead.
What you need
- Your pricing, written as rules, even rough ones. We help turn a spreadsheet or a habit into rules.
- The questions you ask on every quoting call today.
- A way to take a deposit, such as Stripe or Square, if you want to close on the page.
