The five-second test
Open your homepage on a phone and cover everything below the first screen. Can a stranger say what you do, who it is for and what to do next? If any of those three is missing, the leak starts at the top of the page.
The fix is rarely more content. It is a clearer headline, one visible call to action and proof near it: a review, a photo of the work or the number of jobs done.
What we build
- A marketing site that loads fast on a phone, with one clear next step on every page.
- Lead capture that fits the business: a quote form, a booking link, a call button or an instant price.
- Service and area pages that answer the questions people search for.
- Tracking on every form and call, so you know which pages produce leads and which just get visits.
- The basics search engines expect: titles, descriptions, speed and a sitemap.
How a visitor becomes a lead
- They arriveFrom search, an ad, a referral or a sign with a QR code.
- They understand in five secondsWhat you do, who it is for and what happens next.
- They see proofReviews, work photos or a number that shows you have done this before.
- They take the one next stepA form, a booking or a call. The page asks for exactly one thing.
- The lead lands in your systemIn the CRM, with a reply already on its way.
What it looks like on the leak map
The first stage of the leak map is the share of visitors who enquire. In the illustrative model it moves from 2% to 3% when the site is built to ask, which turns the same 1,000 visitors into 30 leads instead of 20. Every stage after that starts from a bigger number.
