The four tools
- AI receptionistAnswers calls and web chat, asks your questions, books the appointment, hands off anything unusual.
- Lead qualificationReads a new enquiry, scores it against your rules, replies with the right next step and tells you which ones are worth a call.
- Quote builderPrices a job from a few answers using your rules, and sends a link to book or pay.
- Support from your own materialAnswers customer questions from your FAQ, policies and past answers, and turns the right ones into quote requests.
The leash
- Each tool reads from material you approved and nothing else.
- Each has a list of things it may do: send a message, book a time, send a link. Nothing it was not given.
- Each has a handoff rule: when in doubt, a person, with the transcript.
- Each shows up on the dashboard: what it handled, what it handed off, and what it got wrong.
What AI should still not do
Set prices for custom work, make promises about timelines, respond to a complaint, or pretend to be a person. Those are judgment calls and relationships, and the system is built to route them to you fast rather than to improvise.
