Before the call

You book a time and tell us where it hurts: not enough leads, slow follow-up, no-shows, one-time customers, no visibility, too much admin. We look at your site, your reviews and how you can be reached, the way a customer would.

The three questions

  1. How do customers find you, and how many a month?Website visits, calls, walk-ins, referrals. Rough numbers are fine; the audit works with ranges.
  2. What happens in the first hour after someone enquires?Who sees it, how fast they reply, what they say, where it is written down.
  3. What is a customer worth, and how often do they come back?Average sale and repeat rate. Together with the first two, this prices each leak.

What you get

  • Your three biggest leaks, ranked by what they cost a month, using your numbers in the same model as the leak map on our homepage.
  • For each leak: what we would build, the number it moves, a fixed price and a timeline.
  • A written summary within 48 hours. It is yours to keep, or to hand to someone else.

What it is not

It is not a sales call with a pitch deck, and nothing starts until you say go. If the honest answer is that your biggest leak is something we do not build, we say so and point you to who does.
